The slopes of Mount Fontana to the east of Bathurst are covered in the remnants of historic gold mines. It is here where our first vines were planted in 1999. Our cool climate and mineral rich soils form an ideal site for producing fine wine.

Lost and Found Shiraz (70%) Cabernet (30%) displays stunning aromas of violet, mulberry and dark chocolate. A spicy oak profile with velvety tannins and a long finish.
