Remnant Shiraz is an embodiment of our mineral rich soils where our vines thrive. Grapes are hand picked and fermented in small batches, pressed, and then aged in French and Hungarian oak barrels.

The wine is a deep purple in colour with complex aromas of plum, pepper and blackberry fruit. The palate is smooth and generous.
